This Privacy Policy regulates the collection, storage and processing of personal data that Tricor collects from you when you subscribe to receive content such as e-news or submit a question via the online form.

If you want to receive any offer, you must fill out the form on the website of moulded-pulp-packaging.eu. By filling out and submitting this form, you provide Tricor with the following contact information:

• e-mail address
• name and surname
• organization

We require the contact information that you provide when filling out or submitting the form to process your order and to communicate with you regarding specific e-news or questions. If you do not provide the specified contact information, we will not process your order and you will not be able to use the chosen e-news.

Tricor respects your privacy and is obliged to act with due diligence and in accordance with applicable regulation on personal data protection when collecting, storing, and processing personal data. Because the online information system of Tricor includes some links to other, external websites, which are not directly associated with Tricor, we assume no liability for the protection of data on such external websites.

To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure of collected data, to maintain the accuracy of personal data and to ensure its appropriate use, we use suitable technical and organisational procedures to protect the data we collect. Tricor cannot rule out potential misuse of data, as the Internet is an unpredictable medium despite security measures and secure communication protocols.

Consent

Personal data submitted when subscribing to e-news is processed with your clear and unambiguous consent, based on Article 6(1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For the purpose of improving the quality of our products and services, as well as for statistical purposes related to e-mail messages sent, we also process data on received messages opened and clicks on links in received messages.

You give your consent to personal data processing by clicking “Send”, on the online order form of Tricor website. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the footer of each message you receive from Tricor or by e-mail to the address info@moulded-pulp-packaging.eu. In the event of withdrawal of consent, we will no longer use your personal data for notifications on Tricor content (e-news). A withdrawal of consent has no effect on the legality of consent-based data processing before the withdrawal.

Your rights

In accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access your personal data, the right to rectification, the right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”), the right to data portability, the right to request the restriction of the processing of personal data and the right to object to processing. You can review and change your data at any time by clicking on the link “Change settings for receiving e-news and unsubscribe”.

The basis for the message is the amended Electronic Communications Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, no. 109/2012), which entered into force at the beginning of 2013 and introduced new rules regarding the use of cookies and similar technologies for storing information or accessing information stored on the user’s computer or mobile device.
